Retained-Fee

ProfessionalExec's Services are offered on a Retained-Fee basis. Put the benefits and services of our organization to work with a dedicated recruiter(s) assigned to your project.


Retained Recruiting Process:

1. Listen to our client’s needs and discuss the opened position(s) as it pertains to the candidate(s) being sought.

 

2. Review existing or assist client writing a complete Job Description.


3. Establish a profile for the talent you're looking for based on written job description and interviews with you and your team.

 

4. Establish search criteria and identify companies who employ professionals with the qualifications you are seeking.

 

5. Search existing company and private database's for matching professionals with the qualifications desired.

 

6. Extensively work the phones calling qualified professionals to gauge interest or seek referrals.


7. Execute email campaign sending out brief on position(s) (your company remains confidential at this point) to qualified professionals and gauge interest or seek referrals.


8. Post ads on various industry specific websites to market position and review and follow up on all submissions (additional charges might apply (non confidential searches)).

 

9. Interview interested parties, screen and establish a "short list" of motivated candidates (typically 3 - 5 professionals per position saving you and your team from the "resume shuffle blues").

 

10. Introduce to you through email, a one page report (fact sheet) outlining candidate’s professional background personal demographic, salary and observations during our interviews in addition to their resume / CV.


11. Schedule introductions and interviews with you and your team for those you select to speak with or see.


12. Reference checks those under serious consideration.

13. Lead salary negotiations to offer a bidirectional "buffer", to ensure a deal can be struck and to "close" the deal.
 

14. Post hire follow up with both clients and candidates to ensure "win-win" environment.
